I am the owner and founder of Perfectly Imperfect Paula's Coaching Solutions, LLC. This moniker embodied my life’s struggle with self-limiting beliefs and the residue of emotional abuse, yet it reminded me that even in my imperfections, I am worthy of a great life.

Through this mission, it is my passion to liberate people from doubt

to destiny and to encourage others to find balance, peace, and

fulfillment in their lives.

My work includes mentoring and coaching clients through individual and group sessions. I host various events such as Vision Parties, Wellness Fairs, Professional Team Building and Women Empowerment sessions.

Balancing life's responsibilities can be a difficult task, but it's important for

maintaining a healthy, productive and fulfilling lifestyle. It also helps to reduce

stress. It’s essential to our physical, emotional and mental health to keep our

obligations in perspective.

The first step is to prioritize your responsibilities and create a schedule. A schedule

can help you stay organized and ensure that you are giving enough time and attention

to each responsibility.

Secondly, it's important to practice good time management skills. This could include

setting goals and deadlines, and breaking down tasks into smaller, more manageable

steps. Learning how to manage your time helps avoid procrastination. As you are

managing time, don’t forget to add self-care and configure in breaks to avoid overloads.

The third key to balancing responsibilities is learning to delegate tasks. This may mean asking

for help from friends or family, or even hiring professionals to take care of certain tasks.

Lastly, a simple, two-letter word may be all you need to keep life in balance. Learning

how to say ‘No’ and not take on another task, job or event can help your focus. One more thing can easily throw you out of balance and create a mental overload.

Remember the goal is your overall wellbeing. Be well by managing your time, prioritizing your responsibilities, and investing in yourself.
